Transaction Resources, LLC d/b/a OnCore Payment Technologies ("OnCore," "we," "our,"and/or "us") value the privacy of individuals who use our website, https://www.payoncore.com, including public subdomains of that website, if any (the “Site”), and/or register to access and view and/or use a webinar, white paper, video, blog and/or a live or pre-recorded demonstration of our technology and/or services (each, a “Demo”) available through the Site, or, in the case of a live Demo, directly from one of our representatives (collectively, the “Content,” and to the extent registration is required for such access, “Registered Content”). See our Terms of Use at https://www.payoncore.com/terms-of-use for access and use rights applicable to the Site, the Content and any materials made available to you as part of the Site or Content, including but not limited to the visual interfaces, graphics, designs, compilations, information, data, computer code (including source code or object code), software, services, and all other elements of the Site and the Content (collectively, the “Materials”).

This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") explains how we collect, use, and share information from users of our Site and/or Registered Content ("Users").

We do not sell personal information.

We may collect information from or about you or your devices from various sources described below.

  1. Information You Provide to Us.

    Registration Information.

    You may be required to provide us with information in order to access Registered Content through the Site or a live Demo, including but not limited to your (and your Entity’s, if applicable) name, email address and phone number (collectively, the “Registration Information”). If you sign up for notifications or updates through the Site, we will also ask you for Registration Information.

    Communications From You

    If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, when you contact us, we will receive your name, email address, phone number, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide (collectively, the “Communication Information”). When we send you emails, as part of the Communication Information, we may track whether you open them to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve our technology and services.

    Careers

    If you decide that you wish to apply for a job with us, you may submit and we will collect from you a resume and other information about yourself through the Site or LinkedIn in connection with the career opportunity (collectively, the “Career Opportunity Information”).

  2. Information We Collect.

    Location Information

    When you use the Site or access Registered Content, we may infer your general location information (e.g., country, state or zip code) by using your internet protocol (IP) address.

    Device Information

    We receive information about the device and software you use to access the Site or the Registered Content, including IP address, web browser type, operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, application installations, device identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers, and push notification tokens.

    Usage Information

    To help us understand how you use the Site and the Materials or to help us improve them, we automatically receive information about your interactions with our Site and the Content, like the pages or Content you view, and the dates and times of your visits.

  3. Information We Receive from Third Parties.

    If you access the Site from third party referral services, we may receive information from such third parties regarding the page or third party service that referred you.

How We Use the Information We Collect

We do not sell personal information. We use the information we collect:

  • To provide, maintain, improve, and enhance the Site and the Materials;
  • To personalize your experience on the Site and Materials such as by providing tailored content and recommendations;
  • To understand and analyze how you use the Site and the Materials and develop new technology and services features and functionality;

How We Share the Information We Collect

Vendors and Service Providers

We may share any information we receive with vendors and service providers that we retain in connection with the provision of the Site and the Materials. If we collect Career Opportunity Information, we will share it with persons and vendors necessary for us to evaluate the Career Opportunity Information for purposes of considering the possibility of your employment with us.

Marketing

We do not rent, sell, or share information about you with non-affiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes.

Analytics Partners

We use analytics services such as Google Analytics to collect and process certain analytics data. To help us understand how you use the Site and the Materials and to help us improve them, we automatically receive information about your interactions with the Site and certain Content, such as the pages or Content you view, and the dates and times of your visits.

As Required By Law and Similar Disclosures.

We may access, preserve, and disclose your information if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to: (a) (b) (c) . For the avoidance of doubt, the disclosure of your information may occur if you post any objectionable content on or through the Site or a Demo.

Your Choices

Marketing Communications.

You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. Even if you opt-out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us.

Do Not Track

There is no accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals.

Third Parties

Our Site and certain Content may contain links to other websites, products, and/or services that we do not own or operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not apply to your activities with respect to such third party websites, products and/or services or any information you disclose to these third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any information to them.

Users’ Right Regarding Personal Information

Users of both the Site and the Materials have the right to request information about our collection, use, and disclosure of their information (a “Request to Know”), including:

  • the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about the user;
  • the categories of sources from which we have collected the user’s Personal Information;
  • the business or commercial purpose for collecting the user’s Personal Information;
  • the categories of Personal Information we have sold about the user; and
  • the categories of Third Parties with whom we have shared, disclosed for a business purpose, or sold the user’s Personal Information, and which categories of Personal Information we have sold to which categories of Third Parties.
  • Users of the Site have the right to request that we delete their Personal Information (a “Request to Delete”).

Requests to Know

Users of the Site may submit a Request to Know by emailing us at privacy@payoncore.com.

Users may submit two types of Requests to Know:

  1. A request for the specific pieces of Personal Information that we have collected about you in the past twelve months; or
  2. a request for the categories of Personal Information that we have collected about you in the past twelve months, and how we have used and disclosed that Personal Information.

When you submit a Request to Know, we may ask you to provide certain pieces of information in order to verify your identity, such as your name, email address, and phone number.  If you submit a Request to Know for the specific pieces of information that we have collected about you, we may also require you to submit a signed declaration under the penalty of perjury stating that you are the consumer whose Personal Information is the subject of the Request to Know.

If we are able to verify your identity, we will respond to your Request to Know by:

  1. providing the requested information; or
  2. explaining why we are not required to provide the requested information.

If we are unable to verify your identity, we will respond by explaining why we cannot verify your identity.  We will confirm receipt of your Request to Know within 10 days and will respond to your Request to Know within 45 days. If a response requires additional time, we will notify you of the basis for the delay and may extend our response period up to an additional 45 days.

If we provide the information requested, we will provide the information free of charge and in a readily useable portable format.  We have no obligation to provide Personal Information to you more than twice in a 12-month period.  If a Request to Know or series of Requests to Know are manifestly unfounded or excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee for processing the Request(s) to Know, or may refuse to process the Request(s) to Know.

Requests to Delete

Users may submit a Request to Delete by emailing us at privacy@payoncore.om.  When you submit a Request to Delete, we may ask you to provide certain pieces of information in order to verify your identity, such as your name, email address, and phone number.  If we are able to verify your identity, we will respond to your Request to Delete by

  1. deleting your Personal Information and, if applicable, directing any of our Service Providers to delete your Personal Information; or
  2. explaining why we are not required to delete your Personal Information.

We may choose to delete Personal Information by de-identifying, aggregating, or completely erasing the Personal Information.  We will specify the manner in which we delete your Personal Information. If a Request to Delete or series of Requests to Delete are manifestly unfounded or excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee for processing the Request(s) to Delete, or may refuse to process the Request(s) to Delete.

Protection and Retention of Personal Information

We follow generally accepted industry standards, including the use of appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards, to protect Personal Information.  The appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards employed by us may vary depending on the nature of Personal Information collected, with more stringent measures applied to information of a more sensitive nature. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage, however is entirely secure.  Therefore, while we strive to use appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security or confidentiality.  Please be aware that certain Personal Information and other information provided by you in connection with your use of the Service or the Site may be stored on your device (even if that information is not collected by us).  You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device from unauthorized access.

Personal Information will be retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes set forth in this Policy, and to comply with all applicable laws.

Accessibility and Language – Any person who is unable to access this Policy may request this Policy in an alternative format or language by contacting us at privacy@payoncore.com.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 13 years of age, and no part of our technology or services are directed to children. If you learn that a child has provided us with personal information in violation of this Privacy Policy, then you may alert us at hello@payoncore.com.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We will post any adjustments to this Privacy Policy on this page, and the revised version will be effective when it is posted. If we materially change the ways in which we use or share personal information previously collected from you through the Site, we will notify you through the Site, by email, or other communication.
